Overview
6x5.5 to 6x135 wheel adapters for GMC Sierra 1500 — 1.5" thick, sold as a set of 4. Fit compatible Ford-pattern 6x135 wheels to a six-lug Sierra 1500 using the 6x139.7 mounting pattern. The dual-drilled hub face also accommodates qualifying 6x135 hubs.
Machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized finish, these wheel adapters include pressed-in studs and mounting lug nuts. This lug-centric design centers through compatible fastener seats; the center opening provides hub clearance.

- 4 complete wheel adapters, all 1.5" thick
- Pressed-in M14x1.5 wheel studs
- 24 M14x1.5 mounting lug nuts

Fitment exclusions & wheel requirements
- Wheel side accepts 6x135 wheels only. A 6x5.5 vehicle uses the conversion mounting holes; a 6x135 vehicle uses the same-pattern mounting holes.
- Not for 2004–2014 F-150 or 2003–2014 Expedition/Navigator with M14x2.0 vehicle studs. Not a universal fit for all six-lug trucks.
- The 108 mm opening is a clearance bore, not a centering lip. Use a wheel and lug-seat system approved for lug-centric mounting; factory hub-piloted wheels are not an automatic fit.
Thickness & clearance
Each 1.5" adapter moves its wheel outward by its own thickness. A pair adds twice that thickness to the track at that axle when used with the same wheels. Measure clearance at full steering lock and through suspension travel. A wider stance can reduce inner clearance problems but can also bring the tire closer to the fender.
The inch/mm sizes shown are the existing nominal product sizes. For precise offset calculations, subtract the measured spacer thickness in millimeters from the wheel offset. This product does not increase the vehicle, axle, wheel or tire load rating.
Installation information
- Professional installation is recommended. The hub, spacer/adapter and wheel must seat fully flush with no interference.
- Original studs or mounting nuts must not project into the wheel mounting pad. Check the position and depth of wheel-backside pockets; thinner spacers can require extra attention. Have a qualified installer assess any permitted modification.
- Use the included nuts to mount the part to compatible vehicle studs. Wheel-to-spacer lug nuts must separately match the installed studs, wheel seats and required thread engagement. Do not assume incompatible factory nuts can be reused.
- Follow the applicable spacer/adapter, vehicle and wheel manufacturer torque instructions. Recheck torque after the first 50–100 miles and follow the supplied installation instructions. Do not stack spacers or adapters.
