SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin
Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO military
addresses. All 48 States have a standard shipping time of 2-5 days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may need extra transit time. 

International orders are not available at checkout. If you are outside the United
States, contact us Via the chat button on each page, or at sales@setgroupusa.com or 949-237-3121 and we will quote shipping to your location.

Shipping rates
  

• Free USA Ground Shipping (2–5 business days) $0.00, every order, no minimum
• Expedited USA Shipping (2–3 business days) — $50.00
• Express USA Shipping (1–2 business days) — $299.99

All rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or
holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided on Free and Expedited orders once your package
leaves our facility.

Delivery estimates
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin when the package
ships, not when the order is placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays,
weather, or other events outside our control.

Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to
reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as
undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange
reshipment.
